ordered an item from Germany four weeks ago. Suddently it becomes a 'return to sender' item going via Belgium. Todays tracking suggests either: -
1) it is still in transit
2) It has been returned to sender IN THE UK !!!!!!!!!!!
How come this company is still in business?
