I was very happy with Hermes, I was happy to give my confirmation of this, however I am becoming irritated by a) nonsensical questions in the survey that MUST be answered, despite being irrelevant and b) the desperate neediness of asking why and how I was satisfied with the service. I have already answered a 20+ question survey, given 5* for satisfaction and then I am required to enter into a narrative. Enough already!
