I waited for a parcel to be picked up it never was so after great difficulty I was able to speak liv chat who sorted out my pick up I was told to drop it off st a pick up point , I was angry because I paid for a pick up service and waited 2 days, but once I dropped it off my parcel was fully tracked and is now in Australia waiting to be delivered so I am happy and after a slow start my parcel went quite quick to Australia all the bad reviews I have read was quite scary but I am very happy with the service I got from my Hermes
