I get deliveries frequently and occasionally also have to send things back via the Hemrmes courier. In the years I've been using them, I've never had a parcel lost or damaged and have never had a problem which wasn't promptly solved. Couriers in general get a bad wrap, but my experience has been a positive and consistent one despite increasing pressure and time constraints on the couriers.
