Roger has been absolutely outstanding in his customer centredness. He is so considerate and makes every effort to deliver any parcels to a safe place. Our neighbours have commented to us on how they are so impressed with him too. He is always courteous and just so, so pleasant. A great advocate for Hermes. As an organisation Hermes is not our favourite delivery service as it is so unreliable and has a 'can't do attitude' when contacted. Roger is so not like this - he is outstanding!
