In my area, local people who are hired as courriers - they smoke like dragons and my parcels stink bad all the time. Plus those people open the parcels often have a rummage through the content. they don't even bother tape it up properly back.
I complained few times, Hermes said they instructed their people "not to smoke in their cars".....this is a joke joke
