My Hermes driver is a lady who has worked this area (Chesterfield S40 area) for many years and is extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and I have never had a problem with deliveries or collections.
I suppose that much of the service satisfaction depends on the delivery person; if you get a good one, you get good service. S40 lady, keep up the wonderful work that you do.
