There are people that get frustrated with some of the drivers around where I live,no deliveries
as they've gone missing, lateness etc but I must be so lucky as our regular delivery driver is the best!!! I live in Thetford and his name is Paul.Pauls never late, hes polite and never makes us feel like we're just a number!...so just want to say well done to him and the service he's providing to everyone, he's definitely a credit to you Hermes!
