I have had problems with My Hermes relating to delays in collecting parcels from my address. Recently I booked a parcel which they said would be collected on Aug 4th. That day came and went {no collection} Next day was the same.
On the third day after much trying I managed to speak to someone and eventually the courier called. As to "Holly" the virtual agent, that is absolutely and completely useless.
My current feeling is to finish sending anything else with this courier as my blood pressure must go sky high each time.
