a company that uses solicitors should be lawful and pay back any money not belonging to them .i refer to my deposit paid in good faith but had to drop out of sale .i am 70 years old and cant get a mortgage but my savings wernt enough to pay cash ,this company is imoral and should be prosecuted ,
