I have a subscription for my husbands boxers and socks. Love the free gifts they send. Also buy other items for my 2 sons and myself. I bought a bundle of seamless underwear just before christmas. 1 pair was faulty so I emailed customer service to explain. Within a few days I had a response. Person dealing with my faulty item was amazing, kept me informed, polite over emails and received replacement underwear within the week. Would definitely recommend.
