Customer service is probably the best I've ever received from any company.
A item had come damaged. So I emailed customer service to ask what happened next, showing the a picture of fault. (This is not the norm, usually fantastic quality)
I had a reply from the company with the hour. Sorting the issue straight away. What more can you ask for.
Highly recommend Oddballs, great quality clothing and superb customer services.
