The sleeping mask is very comfortable, super soft, and it makes me feel instantly relaxed as soon as I put it on. Excellent if you live with someone who falls asleep with a screen or light on. It’s a great aid when catching up on sleep in the morning hours if the sun wakes you up. And I enjoy using it for meditation as well.
