I asked them to help me mainly with the methodology and I sent them approximately 30 pages of the TFG I was doing, because I had been stuck. They sent me a hodgepodge of my own work, full of repetitions, messy and only added a couple of bibliographic references that were not relevant. A scam. I have complained and they threaten me with legal action and they propose, in exchange, that I hire another job with them at a discount.
