Awful. Replacement item does not work. Stopped my other AirPod connecting with my case. In worse situation now than before I placed the order.
Customer service ridiculous, long instructions and back and forth. All on me to resolve their issue. Absolute joke and I would strongly urge to avoid this company. Have used other replacement pod companies before with no problems, even when they sent the wrong item, immediately replaced.
