My son has his car insurance with them, he went on 1 long journey. They called him to say he's predicted to go over mileage and he had to pay a further 180 or they would cancel his policy. Sadly at q9 he felt pressured to pay.
I experienced similar eorh this company on house insurance when I tried to claim. Pay that bit extra and go with a reputable company. Do not waste your money with these.
