I would rate 0 stars if possible, miserable scumbags, no manners whatsoever!
Complete rip-off, I have insured my car with them, deliberately ignored my previous years of no claim bonus. They ask you to call and validate your policy, but phones not working for days, instead they send you emails threatening to cancel your policy if you don't validate it via phone. Either stupid, or zero customer service.
