Horrible experience. bought policy with this company, 2 days later sent email threatening to cancel if i had not installed blackbox which they had only posted a day before, which had not even arrived. installed blackbox, and company still cancelled policy.
Company has charged me £75 plus an oustanding balance of almost £700. Looks like they are scamming everyone based on these reviews
This scam shouldnt be allowed to happen in 21st ventury Britain. Surely this company needs to be closed down.
