From the start it was a nightmare dealing with this “company”. Even though the site shows I’m supposed to have a good deal of money I have never been able to withdraw a dime in the entire 2 years dealing with them. There’s always an excuse… It’s a slow down, too much system congestion, a glitch… Etc… Additionally a little knowledge before hand about how anything actually worked would’ve been nice. But I never got any info from anything; and even when they did tell me something it was like they already expected me to know, even though I had zero experience with all this. How about a little advice going forward? That includes the woman who talked me into investing, but that’s a different story there. All this also ALWAYS involved me spending more and more money. As it is I’m out about $2.000 because of all this. That may not be a lot to others, but it’s something I really cannot afford. That might be pocket change to some, but not me. Their customer service also leaves much to be desired, but that’s not even the worst part of their representatives. They threatened me indirectly with the federal government even when they claimed they were trying to help me. Who threatens their clients? I think that’s a valid question. Finally it all just seems like a money grab, where they keep making hollow promises to you about a payoff but it never happens and they just keep all your money.
