For a rather expensive unit there seems to be an issue with longevity. I have had my unit for less than 2 years and it just died leaving me out almost $200 CDN and the purchase price of a full case of refills. The 5 Star review below are not reflective of the product its self but only of the Customer Service Department that replaced the poorly performing or dead units under Warranty. Maybe there is a little more to this since I am not able to find a retailer in CANADA that even sells this product any longer. Not sure if it had anything to do with its apparent poor design or if it might be some sort regulatory issue North of the Border. My recommendation would be to take a pass on this unit and purchase something that might be a little more reasonably priced, such as the VICKS inhaler at a fraction of the cost and a superior Consumer Warranty.
