I joined the Naca program two years ago. I was a little impatient the first year around and now have returned. Finding out that you do need some kind of assistance in the home buying process is key. Once I realized that, I returned to the program and now am about to finally get my preapproval. Yes! I am a senior citizen and am excited to own my own home for the first time in my life.
