I highly recommend this method if you are a first time homebuyer and have barriers to traditional mortgage and home buying processes including lower credit scores and financial history. The NACA counselors and very good at walking you through the process and giving clear directions in layperson terms. I am happy and relieved to know that NACA wants me to succeed in the process and offers support through every step.
