My friend informed me of this wonderful opportunity. I took the workshop and filled out the documents required. My counselor is informative, supportive, and has been helping me in this process. I am excited for the opportunity. It actually seems possible to get my own place in this economy!
One down side is the website is super clunky. Be patient through the process of filling out info.
