To make a long story short, I'm back in the process and I'm determined to complete this program. I was advised there were some changes in the process and speaking with my counselor went smooth sailing. She was professional, knowledgeable, detailed, friendly, answered all my questions to my understanding and our zoom called started on time and was under 2 hours. As long as you have your stuff together in your profile, you may have a few other things they ask for, but the process so far went way better than previously.
