So far my experience has been awesome the paper work was a lot but if you stay on top of everything your counselor request the process is pretty easy in smooth I started my paper work in June 2024 now I'm in escrow for a 4 bed room home its still unbelievable thank you father God thank you lord JESUS 😊 thank you Kimberly Burkhalter (counselor) thanks you sherelle Richardson (realtor) I'm looking forward for closing day🥳💃
