I like that there was the option to fulfill attending the workshop via virtual. This gives you the opportunity to go at your own pace. I would recommend NACA for first time home buyer program in the future with others I know are ready to be a home owner. The process can move quickly depending on how quickly you can upload all your documents after completing the workshop.
