NACA, from a sellers perspective, is a complete nightmare. If you are selling a home and get an offer with NACA as the lender I STRONGLY recommend turning it down. They take minimum 60 days to close, their inspectors are horrible to work with, and they continually add items that are needed when not mentioned prior. We are now 30 days beyond the original closing date and have been under contract for 90 days. Absolutely ridiculous and no sense of urgency. Horrible experience all the way around and all parties involved (buyers agent, buyers, and listing agent) feel the same way
