So far starting my journey with NACA has been smooth. I am excited to become a first time homebuyer. The interest rates are very good and the other assistance with no closing cost and no downpayment is huge help. Saving the shock rates was very easy with the strategy my councelor and I agreed on. I look forward to spreading the information to others about this wonderful program so that they too can achieve the dream.
