I'm a first-time homebuyer, and so far, working with NACA has been a smooth and straightforward. I love the history of how NACA began, and how they have helped so many families buy homes. I'm still in the pre-approval stage, furnishing a good amount of documents (Pay stubs, Tax returns, bank statements etc.). I'm working with an in-house counselor who is helping me get ready for the entire process. NACA provides lots of information that educates every candidate about owning a home. I'm very happy thus far and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
