I am a first time homebuyer and I found the NACA program through a Reddit thread. There is a process to the program, however, it is a great way to be an educated homebuyer. I am impressed with the experience thus far, and I am looking to purchase a multi-family house. I had my first meeting with my counselor Kevin and he is so nice and helpful with my questions! Great people make great companies. I really appreciate this organization for making homeownership a reality and not just a dream.
