first time home owner. He educated me on financing, housing, home insurance, down payment options/ programs. loan terms and how to manage my mortgage.
I was fortunate to have an experienced and obliging counselor. He dedicated numerous hours to get me approved and I am excited to become a home owner thanks to NACA.
