My NACA Experience So Far I’m currently going through the NACA program, and overall it’s been a good learning experience. I really appreciate that the program helps people like me prepare for homeownership without the pressure of upfront costs like a down payment or closing costs. The process does take time and requires a lot of paperwork and patience, but I understand it’s to make sure buyers are truly ready. Communication can be slow at times, but staying organized and proactive helps. I’m still in the process, but I’m hopeful and excited about the opportunity. If you’re serious about buying a home and willing to follow the steps, NACA is definitely worth considering. I want to thank Tiffany Skinner for all the support.
