Being trying to workout a question with the support, but "Brian" has been terrible.
I cant use the card when i do my shopping, so in a weekly bases, the card gets declined on the weekend. I send an email, they take 2 or 3 days to answer me "try again". Then, teh card works one time, then it stops working again.
Dont want to refund a month, when i waited 10 days for their response, i cant even use the cashback to pay for the subscription, because the card never works in my groceries.
Just a terrible support, for something who could be so good.
