The labels are fantastic and even after countless washes are still perfect. My only black mark is the fact that you say on your website that labels will be dispatched the same day. I placed my order at 3.20 and they were not dispatched until 24hours later this was most inconvenient as on my recommendation I was ordering for 2 friends who I only see once a weekend they had to wait a further week as they didn’t arrive the next day. When I rang I was told I had ordered them too late ,I think it would be helpful if it mentioned a cut off time, I appreciate you have to finish at some time so a cut off time would have avoided my disappointment and anyone else’s.
