Review edited; for initial comments scroll down. I've changed my review grading from poor to very good, having received fantastic customer service. I had rated the trons labels as poor and a waste of time - they started peeling off even before washing. I then received an email (which I wasn't expecting) offering me compensation, and clarifying the user instructions for the trons labels. I received the compensatory labels even faster than the original order itself. Having seen the pride these people have in their business and product, I will try the trons again. And with this level of customer service, I will happily remain a customer. INITIAL REVIEW: Communication about order and delivery were excellent: timely, good communication, no faults at all. The stickins labels were also easy to use and are still on where I've stuck them. However I'm hugely disappointed with the troons labels. Having wasted two nights ironing them on my son's garments, I found that some started peeling off on wearing. The rest fell off in the washing machine, at the first wash!! Clothes were washed at 50 degrees. I have followed the instructions for ironing them on, but it was unfortunately a waste of time. In fact I rate them very poor, but am giving a better overall rating for the rest of the service. I definitely won't be buying troons again.
