The service I received from Necklaces Direct was absolutely fantastic. The website is easy to navigate and to understand. When I made my choice they immediately confirmed that the item was now being made. The necklace ordered arrived far more quickly that promised or anticipated. Finally, as a first piece of jewellery for my (very young) granddaughter I think it is really lovely and perfect for the upcoming 'occasion'.
