The name part is good but the length of chain is too short, not the one I ordered. I only noticed it this morning so my daughter has had to take it to a jeweller to have the chain lengthened as we need it for Monday. It meant I had to spend an extra £70 on a chain.
There is also a sharp edge on the name that needs to be rounded off.
