I bought this necklace for my grand-daughters 9th birthday. It arrived promptly and looked very nice in the box. I didn't take it out of the box, so didn't discover until she opened the present on her birthday to find the chain at two knots in it. This was disappointing really, It took us 30 minutes to get the knots out so that she could finally wear it. Shame really took the shine off the present.
