Very fast efficient service. Necklace came with the wrong chain because they didn't have the one I ordered. Although the replacement was an upgrade I didn't feel it was what we wanted, this was no problem for the company and they paid for the return postage and replaced the chain all within two days from start to finish.
This was a present for my daughter and she is delighted with it. Full marks for quality and customer service. I would definitely recommend/use again.
