Necklace quality was as expected however I ordered an 18 inch which with the name attached became a 20 inch chain which is not what I ordered, should have been advised during the process that the name is an additional measurement, have had to get this readjusted at my local jewellers at a cost of an additional £40, also have been advised that white gold jewellery is normally rhodium plated but this necklace was not which means a slight yellow gold tinge exists, for neary £200 I would have expected this to have been coated as per normal white gold jewellery is.
