Ben at NND saved my first wedding anniversary, because no one had told me that couples gave each other gifts each year and I had two days to acquire my one and only idea, a bespoke necklace. Ben took my call, waited for my online order to come in and stayed in touch by phone when questions came up that may have delayed the order (because what I wanted was unusual, outside of their usual limits - but Ben made it happen, it was in the post within 24 hours). The missus is over the moon and I look like a romantic old smoothie.
