I looked a few companies online these guys had named where the products were coming form and there was a contact number in London, which gave me piece of mind that it wasn't coming from abroad and might take ages to be delivered. They also had a very detailed description in terms of dimensions and choices which others didn't have. Not knowing much about jewellery I called to speak to their customer services, who were very helpful and reassuring. I placed the order online on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday midday, amazing! On first inspection the product looks good and nicely finished. We went for the middle thickness and small letter size which was similar to another name neckless we have. Time will tell if it is durable but first impressions were good and service was excellent.
