The items I bought were really good quality and at a price that reflected the quality, not cheap and not expensive in my opinion. Very well made and very well presented. However, my only criticism would be that the guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery charge at £12.99, was basically RM Special Delivery at around £6.00 in cost, so you are being charged a premium to ensure your order goes to the top of the order pile. I would not charge a customer a front-of-the queue premium, just create a realistic cut-off point for orders that will be produced and delivered by Christmas.
