Service was quick but hte knecklace is slightly damaged, due to needing the present for my anniversary I don't have the time to try to get this replaced.
Service was quick I am just a little disappointed that this was not picked up or was picked up and sent out anyway, which really let the company down on what was a quick turn around of the order.
I would probably not use this company again due to this issue
