I had ordered some personalised necklaces for my bridesmaids from H samuels. 4 days before my wedding they called to say they could not deliver them until 3 weeks after my wedding day. I called Name necklaces Direct who were very understanding and who stepped in, made and deliverd the necklaces on the Saturday over the Easter weekend for my wedding on Easter Sunday.
