This was a birthday present for my niece. It arrived very promptly, nicely packaged and is of very good quality. Really happy overall. I would say the ordering process was a little disappointing as there are a great number of add ons making the price much higher than anticipated and also the last option did not originally work when I tried to order and the only available option was going to push me well over my already stretched budget - nearly lost a sale over that - however upon returning to the website the options were clear and the order straight forward.
