Ordered 2 ring necklace for my daughter with her children’s names on. Was delivered quite quickly but the names are so small u can’t see them. When I photographed them after complaining they were obviously enlarged so you could see when you zoomed in but when you look they are unreadable and I’m embarrassed to give as a present. I was just told they would darken with age and you can’t refund personalised gifts. Don’t use this unhelpful company
