I ordered it on 26th January and I did not receive it. I have called royal mail and they told me that the parcel was lost. Now, what made me disappointed with Nanostix was that I have emailed them multiple times regarding the lost parcel and I have yet to hear a response from them. I do not recommend them as they do not respond to your queries at all. Terrible customer service!
