They have the selection for next day delivery with extra pay (written need order before 3pm). Next day, they told me their cut off time is 1pm (I order at 1:44pm). So, is it scam for the extra paid? Different information and process time provide, no reply after I deal with them. Try to avoid responsibility. Bad attitude of business.
