I booked a course with around 2 weeks before the date . Unfortunately my brand new motorhome I was going to be staying in broke down and was in the garage. I rang up to try and change the date or location and I was told they would ring back. Two days past and I had to ring back only to be told they would call me back. I left it another day and called back. I was then told they would check with their manager and to wait on the phone. I was then told I couldn’t change the date and I lost a considerable amount of money on the course. Real bad customer service and just outright greed to expect someone to pay again.
